Challenge and Results
Motor Llavina is an official Lexus dealership specializing in premium vehicles and mobility solutions for individuals and businesses, including Flexible Leasing services. The brand needed to update its digital ecosystem to deliver an online experience aligned with the quality and exclusivity of Lexus Spain.
To achieve this, an end-to-end UX/UI redesign project was developed based on user research using AI-powered synthetic users, a new information architecture, and a more sophisticated visual interface focused on improving navigation and conversion.
