Challenge and Results

Bosanova is a Spanish footwear brand that sells its products through retail stores, its ecommerce website, and marketplaces like Amazon and Zalando. The company needed a way to bring together data that was spread across multiple platforms so it could get a complete picture of sales, inventory, and product performance.

To solve this, we built a data warehouse in BigQuery along with a dashboard in Data Studio that pulls data from Visual Gest, Magento, Amazon, and Zalando. The result was a single reporting environment where the team could quickly access sales, inventory, and stock trends in one organized place.

Unified View of Sales and Inventory

Data from four different platforms, including Visual Gest, Magento, Amazon, and Zalando, was brought together in a single data warehouse. This includes products, sales, returns, and inventory information.

Full Inventory Visibility

The dashboard lets users review historical inventory levels, track incoming and outgoing stock, and monitor product availability across warehouses and sales channels.

Interactive and Scalable Dashboard

The data is organized in BigQuery and visualized in Data Studio, making it easy to explore the business using filters for SKU, product, season, date range, and other key dimensions. This gives the team the insights they need to plan inventory and future sales more effectively.
