Challenge and Results

Homs Rentals is a business group that offers Equipment as a Service (EaaS), providing tools, machinery, modular spaces, event structures, scaffolding, power solutions, and industrial equipment through a pay-per-use model. The company serves both businesses and self-employed professionals under its “Homs Rentals” brand, as well as consumers through its “Smoh” brand. It operates across several business divisions, including construction, renovation and scaffolding, events, industry, and installation, managing a large volume of customers, sales opportunities, and commercial processes.

To meet that goal, HubSpot was implemented as the central platform for marketing, sales, and customer service. The project included process improvements, integrations with the company's existing business systems, and automation of repetitive tasks to help teams work more efficiently across the organization.
