Conforama operates an extensive ecommerce platform where it sells a wide range of home products online, ranging from its own lines to those from related brands.
Due to the strategic importance of this marketplace, the company relies on Cyberclick's digital marketing expertise to drive platform conversions.

A paid performance strategy was implemented to target the lower part of the funnel and maximize conversions in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. This involved running always-on campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Programmatic channels.
Additionally, to improve the effectiveness of these campaigns Feedest, a feed management tool developed by Cyberclick, was used. Feedest enables the creation of ad hoc creatives that can be customized based on predefined parameters.
Thanks to the strategic alignment of teams, data-driven decision-making, and continuous optimization of campaigns across all project areas, the brand achieved outstanding results.
One of the most significant achievements of the 2023-2024 financial year was the boost in sales, with transactions increasing by +44% and revenue rising by +35% compared to 2022-2023.
Additionally, the ROAS was kept at 9 points, delivering a highly competitive return on investment and successfully meeting both business objectives.
