Challenge and Results

This AI consulting project helped St. Peter’s School bring structure to how they use Gemini, train their team on AI uses for teaching, create custom AI assistants, and set clear ethical guidelines to improve how the school works—both in the classroom and behind the scenes.

St. Peter’s School is an educational institution that teaches the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and sees teaching innovation as a core part of its model. At Cyberclick, we partnered with the school on an AI and digital transformation consulting project with a clear goal: improve day-to-day workflows, share AI knowledge across teaching teams, and build custom assistants that reflect the school’s values.

St. Peter’s School’s main challenge was improving how teams worked with AI. AI tools were already being used, but without a clear structure or shared guidelines. The school also wanted to save time on tasks like content creation, designing projects, and organizing internal knowledge.

Using a strategy built around Gemini, NotebookLM, Veo 3, and other tools for knowledge management and content creation, the team was able to bring order to AI usage, work more efficiently, and lay the groundwork for responsible AI use in an educational setting.

Custom Gems and Shared Knowledge

Specific Gems were created: one for writing blog articles and another for creating projects aligned with the International Baccalaureate and innovative teaching philosophy. Both were designed to help teachers follow consistent processes and save time. The marketing and pedagogy teams also worked together to create documents that feed the assistants’ knowledge base, giving the AI better context about St. Peter’s School. These included a brand master, buyer journey, school FAQs, and key IB curriculum guidelines, among others.

AI Knowledge Built Around a Clear Ethical Framework

The school held several in-person and online training sessions to share AI knowledge across teams and align everyone on the tools being used. Real-life use cases were shared for both teachers and administrative staff. St. Peter’s School defined three clear guiding principles—authenticity, transparency, and safety—which position AI as a support tool, not a replacement for teaching.

Existing information was organized using NotebookLM, making internal knowledge easier to manage and day-to-day processes more efficient. In addition, custom training sessions were delivered on AI-powered video platforms such as Veo 3, CapCut, Sora, and other audiovisual tools.
