Influencity is an influencer marketing platform that helps brands find, analyze, and collaborate with relevant influencers for their campaigns. The platform uses artificial intelligence technology to identify the most suitable influencers for a brand based on factors such as their audience, the type of content they post, and their engagement.
Brands can search for influencers on different social media platforms, such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, and use analytics tools to evaluate their impact and the performance of their previous campaigns. Influencity also offers campaign management tools, such as goal tracking and real-time results analysis. The platform is used worldwide by brands in a variety of industries, from fashion to food to technology.
Software as a service, or SaaS, has been trending in recent times and more and more companies are using it. As a result, these platforms have needed to develop a lead generation strategy through organic techniques such as SEO and content marketing. They often use technology to centralize all their data and automate the work of their marketing and sales teams.
In 2022 Influencity started working with Cyberclick with a goal: to strengthen their lead generation plan organically.

Cyberclick helped Influencity create new buyer persona profiles and then specific lead magnets that would appeal to them. Month by month, different content was proposed, so that both the blog and the YouTube channel became tools for lead acquisition. This is how in nine months (between 2022 and 2023), Influencity was able to increase organic lead acquisition from their website by 191% and by 240% just from their blog.
By using HubSpot, Influencity and Cyberclick defined new ways to qualify and nurture these leads.
We created nurturing workflows with the objective of educating leads, obtaining more data from them through progressive forms, and encouraging them to consume more BOFU (bottom of the funnel) content.
We also worked on an SQL qualification system to complement the one Influencity already had. Until then, their qualification process was based on HubSpot scoring but it did not take into account lead behavior criteria, such as content consumption or interaction. Through specific properties and parallel workflows, we generated a more sophisticated SQL qualification system.
Cyberclick developed Influencity’s organic lead generation strategy in nine months, and achieved major growth. On a website-wide level, Influencity increased their numbers by 191%, and on the blog alone by 240%.
Influencity set a goal of reinforcing its organic channels in order to capture and qualify leads through inbound marketing. Thanks to valuable content in the form of lead magnets and blog articles and automating processes in HubSpot, Influencity was able to quickly get the results they were looking for.
